While we are a 24 hour / 7 days a week gym, we do not always have a staff member on location. listed bellow are the hours when a staff member will be at the gym.

Monday - Thursday: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Friday & Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - Noon
